Seonaid Airth
Graduated in 1991 from Edinburgh (BSc Physiotherapy). Seonaid worked for 4 years in NHS in Edinburgh before travelling to Australia and New Zealand gaining experience in hospitals, private practices and with sports teams. Seonaid then spent two years working at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra gaining multi-sport experience before doing her Masters there in 1998. Seonaid graduated with a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from the Australian Institute of Sport/Uni of Canberra in 1999. She then returned home to Bridge of Allan and established Physiofocus in 1999.
Despite specialising in sports physiotherapy, Seonaid has a special interest in the areas of chronic pain and headaches as well as hip and groin pain and is always happy to treat the non-athlete! |

Rachel Crosbee
Graduated in 1990 from Nottingham (BSc Physiotherapy). Rachel worked first in the NHS and then in private practice whilst competing in canoe slalom to Olympic level in 1992 and 1996. Rachel has been with Physiofocus since 2003 when she moved north to Stirling. Special interests include sports injuries and the treatment and rehabilitation of shoulder pain. Rachel is also a full member of the Acupuncture Association for Chartered Physiotherapists and can use acupuncture on its own or as part of the treatment. |

Stewart Kerr
Graduated in 2008 from Glasgow Caledonian University (MSc Rehab Science/physio) and 2005 from Strathclyde (BSc Hons 1st Class, Sport and Exercise Science). Stewart joined Physiofocus in 2008 and spent two years consolidating his knowledge through the Physiofocus Academy training program. This means he has all the rest of the team’s top treatment tips as well as further qualifications in spinal manipulation, acupuncture and a Diploma in Massage. Stewart has represented Scotland in badminton at European and World Championships and has an understanding of the demands of a full training schedule. |

Kirsteen Miller
Graduated in 1997 from GCU (BSc Hons, 1st Class Physiotherapy) and completed her Masters Degree from Stirling University in 2002. Kirsteen has been in the Physiofocus team since 2001 and combined private practice with competing in International Badminton -even winning a cheeky wee bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2002! Kirsteen also has a Diploma in Sports Massage. Special interests include ankle injuries, sports massage and treatment and rehabilitation of racket sport injuries. |

Fiona Moffat
Graduated 1986, BSc Physiotherapy, Glasgow. Fiona worked as a specialist neurological physiotherapist NHS London and Stirling. Fiona completed her MSc in 2000 and now works full time as a lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University. Special interests include multiple sclerosis, stroke rehabilitation and head injuries.. |

Kirsty Pemberton-Pigott
Graduated in 1991 from GCU (BSc Physiotherapy). Kirsty initially worked in the NHS before commissioning into the army and becoming an officer in the RAMC. Kirsty spent the next six years in the demanding environment of the army aiming to return personnel to peak fitness.
Kirsty left the army and moved into private practice joining Physiofocus in 2005. As a competitive horse rider she enjoys treating riding related injuries as her knowledge allows her to look at the problem from both sides.

Emma Bryce
Graduated in 2007 from Glasgow Caledonian University (BSc Podiatry with 1st Class Honours). Emma works 2 days a week for NHS and joined PHYSIOfocus in 2009 as a podiatrist offering everything from simple nail cuts, ingrown nails and thickened nails to corns, callous and other skin conditions as well as full biomechanical assessments with orthotic provision.
Emma has a special interest in children and is currently studying for a Specialist Certificate in Podopaediatrics, which she hopes to graduate with in May 2012 |

Janice Falconer
Graduated 1986 from Queen’s College Glasgow (BSc Physiotherapy). Janice worked in the NHS before completing a post graduate qualification in Women’s Health in 1991. Janice developed the Women’s Health service in West Lothian before moving to Forth valley in 2005. Janice is now involved in teaching in the area of Women’s Health to physiotherapists, midwives and medical staff. Janice joined Physiofocus in 2010 offering a service to both men and women. www.physio4her.com |

Matt Williamson
Graduated with Distinction in 2011 from GCU (MSc Rehab Science/Physio) Matt has recently joined the Physiofocus team. Matt also has a degree in Physiology and Sports Science (2001) and a Diploma in Sports Massage. Matt is a keen runner (and a good one!) and has been recently selected to represent Scotland at the Commonwealth Ultra Marathon Trail race. |
